Ingredients
- 1/2 unit Crenshaw melon, seeded and cubed into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups watermelon cubes or balls
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon organic cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Place Crenshaw and watermelon cubes a mixing bowl. In a mortar and pestle, grind mint, basil, and sugar. When herbs have been pressed into a green paste, add lime juice to dissolve sugar. Pour over melons and toss. Serve immediately.
