1/2 unitCrenshaw melon, seeded and cubed into bite-size pieces
2 cupswatermelon cubes or balls
10fresh mint leaves
1tablespoonorganic cane sugar
2tablespoonsfresh lime juice
Instructions
Place Crenshaw and watermelon cubes a mixing bowl. In a mortar and pestle, grind mint, basil, and sugar. When herbs have been pressed into a green paste, add lime juice to dissolve sugar. Pour over melons and toss. Serve immediately.
