- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin purée
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pecans toasted and chopped
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
