This creative way with halibut comes together with just a few ingredients and makes an ideal Asian-inspired healthy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces halibut
- 1 ounce soy sauce
- 1 ounce ginger root, sliced
- 2 ounces mochi or sushi rice, cooked
- 1 ounce chicken stock
- 2 ounces lobster stock
- 1 1/2 ounces mixed greens
- 1/4 ounce fresh cilantro
- 3/4 ounce miso paste
- dash salt
Instructions
- Marinate halibut in soy and ginger. Cook rice. In a saucepot, combine and boil chicken stock, lobster stock, miso and salt. Grill halibut and serve with rice, mixed greens, cilantro and miso broth.
