Tarragon Yogurt Dressing

Servings 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1/2 cup chopped chives
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves peeled and crushed
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  • In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Store in covered jar in refrigerator. Sauce will thicken up in the refrigerator, so allow it to come to room temperature before using on salads.
