Superfood Powder Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe avocados, pitted and diced
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened pure cocoa
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or liquid honey
  • 3/4 cup oat milk or alternative milk substitute, gluten free if desired
  • 2 Tbsp unflavored superfood or fermented greens powder, gluten free if desired
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Fresh fruit, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In food processor, place all ingredients except fruit garnishes. Whirl until creamy, stopping to scrape down sides of bowl a couple of times.
  • Divide among 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate until cold.
  • Garnish and serve!
