Ingredients

  • 1 scoop wheatgrass powder OR 1 bunch fresh organic wheatgrass Try: Amazing Grass Organic Wheat Grass Powder
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • ½ organic lemon quartered, seeds removed, peel left on
  • 2 organic celery stalks, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped organic cucumber
  • 1 small organic green apple
  • 1 handful organic parsley
  • 1 frozen medium banana
  • 2 pitted dates, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

  • Blend ingredients, pour into a bowl and decorate with desired toppings.
