½cuproasted vegetables (mix of diced sweet pepper, sweet potato and zucchini)
½cupsautéed torn Swiss chard
1cooked egg, halved
3tablespoonspurchased salsa verde
2tablespoonscilantro and avocado
Instructions
Place cooked oats in a bowl and top with piles of roasted vegetables and sautéed chard. Top with cooked egg halves and salsa verde and garnish with chopped cilantro and avocado.
