Purple Reign Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain kefir, gluten free if desired
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup chopped red cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/8 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/8 tsp almond extract
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries

Instructions

  • Into high-speed blender container, place all ingredients in order listed. Blend until smooth. If mixture is too thick, blend in more kefir or water.
