Mulled Apple-Cherry Cider

Ingredients

  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 4 cups tart cherry juice
  • 4 strips fresh orange zest (removed with a vegetable peeler)
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen cherries (sweet or tart)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Remove cinnamon sticks, orange zest, and cloves before serving, if desired.
