Preheat oven to 425 F . Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In container large enough to hold salmon fillets in single layer, whisk together miso, maple syrup, 1 Tbsp olive oil, rice vinegar, and gingerroot. Add salmon fillets, coat on each side, and let marinate for 15 minutes as oven preheats.
Place marinated salmon on lined baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until cooked through and caramelized on top.
In large saucepan, heat 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and broccolini, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, until tender-crisp.
Plate salmon alongside garlic broccolini and drizzle any extra glaze overtop. Serve with a side of white rice, if desired.
