Longevity Blueberry-Ashwagandha Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 125 mL
  • 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder 2 mL
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 250 mL
  • 2 to 3 pitted dates to taste
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 mL
  • 1/2 cup spinach 125 mL
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Into high-speed blender container, place all ingredients in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Makes 1 smoothie.
