Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons plant protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon greens protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon maca
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Combine first 8 ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 20 seconds. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and serve.
