In medium pot or heatproof bowl, steep tea bags in just-boiled water for 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags and carefully whisk in collagen, honey, lemon juice, and rose water.
Allow mixture to cool slightly, then transfer to pitcher or large Mason jar. Add grapefruit, cucumber, and strawberries.
Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to infuse.
To serve, pour over ice, using strainer if desired.
