Grab-and-Go Oatmeal Chia Cups

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened nut or oat milk
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder of choice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey optional
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted peanuts

Instructions

  • Blend together milk, protein powder, maple syrup or honey, and cinnamon.
  • In small wide-mouth jar or cereal bowl, stir together oats, chia seeds, milk mixture, and a pinch of salt. Top with strawberries and peanuts; cover and chill overnight.
