Fudgy Chocolate Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 pitted dried plums (prunes)
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice, vegetarian, gluten free, and/or dairy free if desired
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 small frozen banana, chopped
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs (optional)

Instructions

  • Into high-speed blender container, place all ingredients, except cacao nibs, in order listed. Blend until smooth. If mixture is too thick, blend in more milk or water. Serve garnished with cacao nibs (if using).
