1teaspoonsimple syrupto make, dissolved one part sugar in one part boiling water
1/2ounceCreme de Pecheor any peach-flavored liqueur
2ouncesvodka
Dash of lemon bitters
Ice cubes, to fill
Dried apricots, for garnish
Instructions
Muddle apricots and simple syrup in a shaker. Add Crème de Pêche, vodka, bitters, and ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a dried apricot (floating in drink or on rim of glass).
