Dessert: Chocolate Tahini Chia Pudding with Raspberries

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp raw cacao
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • + pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice
  • 7 raspberries
  • 1/4 tsp cacao nibs

Instructions

  • In small ramekin or 1 cup Mason jar, add chia, cacao, cinnamon, maple syrup or honey, tahini, and milk. Stir to combine and then let stand for 10 minutes before stirring again more thoroughly to incorporate all the ingredients. Cover and chill in the fridge for minimum 4 hours. To serve, top with raspberries and sprinkle with cacao nibs.
