Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla hemp milk
  • 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 3 tablespoons Beaming or other plant protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon spirulina or blue-green algae powder
  • 1 tablespoon whole or ground chia seeds
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Combine first 7 ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 20 seconds. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and serve.
