Blackberry Bellini

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh organic blackberries
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup sparkling water or Prosecco
  • 1 fresh lime thinly sliced into coins
  • A few rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Thoroughly wash blackberries and add to food processor with honey. Blend until puréed and smooth. If desired, pour through strainer for a smoother consistency.
  • In 4 champagne glasses, evenly distribute blackberry purée and ice, top with sparkling water or Prosecco, and stir. Finish with a fresh lime slice and rosemary sprig for garnish and added fragrance. Enjoy!
