Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups berries of your choice
  • 1/4 cup Flora 7 Sources
  • 1/4 cup Flora Almond Culinary Oil
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Red Beat Crystals
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together.
