Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds unsalted or salted
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp to 1 1/2pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- In metal bowl placed over a double boiler, melt chocolate. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon mixture in 1 Tbsp little mounds.
- Place in freezer until chocolate has hardened.
