This mind-boosting and tasty smoothie combines ashwagandha with high-antioxidant blueberries and cinnamon; vitamin E-loaded almonds; omega-3s and protein from chia seeds; plus fibre, folic acid, potassium, magnesium, iron, and calcium.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 125 mL
- 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder 2 mL
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 250 mL
- 2 to 3 pitted dates to taste
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 mL
- 1/2 cup spinach 125 mL
- 5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Into high-speed blender container, place all ingredients in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Makes 1 smoothie.
