Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 small bananas, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Blend half of the blueberries in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Then mix all of the ingredients (including the blended blueberries) in a large bowl and let it set in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats, place them in a bowl or mason jar and enjoy!
Notes
Optional: Top the overnight oats with fresh blueberries and more Hemp Hearts. The mixture should keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.
