Ingredients
- 2 Bartlett pears diced, 1/3 cup reserved
- 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
- 1 Pink Lady or Braeburn apple diced
- 1 inch gingerroot thinly sliced, divided
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 3 cups chilled white wine or dealcoholized white wine
- 1 cup ginger beer
Instructions
- Chill a 6-cup glass pitcher. Once chilled, add pear, pomegranate arils, apple, and half gingerroot. Set aside.
- To high-speed blender, add reserved 1/3 cup pear, half gingerroot, and pomegranate juice. Blend until smooth and pour into glass pitcher. Add chilled wine and ginger beer and stir.
