Swap out balsamic glaze in crostata topping with this balsamic reduction with a strawberry kick!

Ingredients
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup diced strawberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- sea salt to taste
Instructions
- In small saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil over medium heat while mashing strawberries with fork against edge of pot. Reduce heat and simmer until reduced by half, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Strain and refrigerate for up to a week in covered glass jar.
