This rub with attitude makes a terrific gift for your favorite grilling fan. Use it to season steak, pork, lamb, chicken, or seafood.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fennel seed, toasted and crushed
- 2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh garlic (about 6 large cloves)
- 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Zest from 1 orange
- 3/4 cups kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and refrigerate in an airtight container.
