This is a spin off the classic without the Grand Marnier. The depth of orange is derived from a generous piece of orange peel simmering in the tea.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp heapingEarl Grey tea leaves
- 2 inch x 1 piece fresh orange peel
- Splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp (agave syrup
Instructions
- In small saucepan, bring water to boil. Add tea leaves. Using your fingertips, squeeze citrus oil into water then drop the peel into saucepan. Add lemon juice. Brew for 5 minutes. Stir in agave syrup. Strain mixture into a mug and serve with an orange slice on top.
