2 peppermint tea bags
1-1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
1. Steep tea bags in boiling water for 5 minutes. Cool. Mix with pineapple juice and chopped mint. Serve over ice.

Makes 2 cups / This tart and zesty drink is a refreshing alternative to traditional lemonade.
1 2-inch piece gingerroot
1 cup boiling water
3 teaspoons honey, or to taste
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 cup carbonated mineral water, or to taste
1. Peel and slice the ginger. Combine with boiling water; let stand for 10 minutes, then discard ginger. Cool. Add honey and lemon juice; mix well. Pour into glasses and add mineral water. Serve over ice.
