NeoCell Collagen Mac & Cheese
Ingredients
- ½ cup cashews
- 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- ½ cup almond milk
- Pinch Himalayan sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Neocell Collagen Powder
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
- Juice from half a lemon
- Brown rice pasta
- Chili flakes optional
- Panko or bread crumbs optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour almond milk into blender. Add cashews, then lemon juice, nutritional yeast, collagen powder, olive oil and Himalayan sea salt, chili flakes and soy sauce. Blend until smooth.
- Cook and drain pasta.
- Mix sauce into pasta and pour into baking dish. Top with panko and hemp seeds (optional).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and serve.
