Dazzle guests at warm-weather gatherings with these flavored ice cubes and refreshing beverages. Bonus: they won't dilute your drink as they melt.
Vanilla Iced CoffeeFill compartments of an ice tray halfway with brewed, room-temperature coffee; freeze until solid. Then fill compartments the rest of the way with vanilla-flavored almond milk. Freeze again until solid. To serve: Place 4–5 cubes in a pint glass. Pour more brewed, chilled coffee over cubes. Add a splash of almond milk, if desired. |

Lavender Green TeaPlace 1 teaspoon dried lavender and 1 small lemon slice into each compartment of an ice tray. Fill compartments with brewed, chilled green tea. Freeze until solid. To serve: Place 3 cubes in a highball glass. Top with sparkling, lemon-flavored water. Garnish with lemon wedge. |

Watermelon EnergizerIn a food processor, place 2 cups watermelon chunks, ¼ cup lemon juice and a handful of fresh mint; pulse until watermelon is puréed and the mint is finely chopped. Fill compartments of an ice tray with mixture, and freeze until solid. To serve: Place 5 ice cubes into a glass, and top with water. Garnish with an additional mint sprig. |

Tropical Chia FrescaIn a small bowl, whisk ¼ cup chia seeds with 1 cup water; set aside for 20 minutes, until thickened. Divide chia seed mixture among compartments of an ice tray—it should fill just the bottom of each. Add a small piece of pineapple to each compartment, and fill the rest of the way with fresh lime juice. Freeze until solid. To serve: Place 3 ice cubes in a cup; top with organic coconut water. |
