Ingredients

• 3 or 4 chopped cucumber slices
• 2 Tbsp honey syrup
• 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
• Sparkling soda
• fresh tarragon optional

Instructions

1. Using a wooden spoon in deep bowl, muddle cucumber slices with honey syrup, and lime juice. In highball glass, place a couple ice cubes and strain cucumber juice overtop. Add sparkling soda and garnish, as desired. For extra flavor, muddle in fresh tarragon with your cucumber.
