  • 2cups chopped kale
  • ½organic lemonquartered, seeds removed, peel left on
  • 2organic celery stalks, chopped
  • ½cup chopped organic cucumber
  • 1small organic green apple
  • 1handful organic parsley
  • 1frozen medium banana
  • 2pitted dates, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
