1 cup fresh red grapefruit sectionshalved if large
2carambolastar fruit; thinly sliced
2tablespoonsfresh orange juice
1tablespoon agave nectar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2teaspoonsflaxseed oil
1tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, toss spinach with grapefruit and carambola.
In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients (orange juice through sea salt). Drizzle about half of the dressing over the spinach mixture and serve.
