Simple Sesame Snap Peas
Instructions
- Remove stems and strings from the snap peas.
- Blanch in boiling water, 1 minute; drain and transfer to ice water. Drain and pat dry; place in a large bowl.
- In a small skillet over medium-high heat, dry-toast the brown or white sesame seeds until lightly colored, 1 minute. Add to peas, along with black sesame seeds, toasted sesame oil, and salt.
- Toss until well combined. Serve warm or cold.
