Ingredients
  • 1cup raspberriesheaping
  • 1pieces frozen medium bananacut into 4before freezing
  • 1/2cup oat-based plain Greek-style yogurtor Greek yogurt of choice
  • 1/3cup Baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1inch piece gingerrootpeeled
Instructions
  1. To high-speed blender, add raspberries, banana, yogurt, spinach, almond milk, hemp hearts, flaxseed, and gingerroot.
  2. Blend ingredients on medium to high speed until creamy. Pour into bowl, add toppings of choice, and enjoy!
