Purple Reign Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1cup plain kefir, gluten free if desired
  • 2tsp maple syrup
  • 1cup chopped red cabbage
  • 1Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4tsp ginger powder
  • 1/8tsp ginger powder
  • 1/8tsp almond extract
  • 3/4cup frozen blueberries
Instructions
  1. Into high-speed blender container, place all ingredients in order listed. Blend until smooth. If mixture is too thick, blend in more kefir or water.
