Miso and Maple Glazed Salmon with Garlic Broccolini

Ingredients
2Tbsp white miso paste
1Tbsp pure maple syrup
2Tbsp extra-virgin olive oildivided
1tsprice vinegar
1tspgrated fresh gingerroot
4salmon fillets
2clovesgarlicpeeled and sliced
1lbbroccolini
Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F . Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In container large enough to hold salmon fillets in single layer, whisk together miso, maple syrup, 1 Tbsp olive oil, rice vinegar, and gingerroot. Add salmon fillets, coat on each side, and let marinate for 15 minutes as oven preheats.
Place marinated salmon on lined baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until cooked through and caramelized on top.
