Longevity Blueberry-Ashwagandha Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1/2cup unsweetened almond milk125 mL
  • 1/2tsp ashwagandha powder2 mL
  • 1cup fresh or frozen blueberries250 mL
  • 2 to 3 pitted datesto taste
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon2 mL
  • 1/2cup spinach125 mL
  • 5 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Into high-speed blender container, place all ingredients in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Makes 1 smoothie.
