  • ½teaspoon cumin
  • ½teaspoon salt
  • ½teaspoon pepper
  • 4slices reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6whole-grain bunstoasted
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 6 organic tomato slices
  • Purple onion slices, avocado, salsafor toppings
Instructions
  1. Combine the lean ground beef with the next 4 ingredients. Shape into 12 equal-sized patties for 6 servings or 16 patties for 8 servings.
  2. Top the 6 patties with cheese, tearing cheese slices as needed to fit. Cover with the remaining patties, making a sandwich and pressing the edges to seal.2.
