In a teapot, steep tea in hot water for 3–4 minutes. Strain into large bowl; discard tea leaves. Add honey and stir to dissolve. Add remaining ingredients. Put in freezer and stir every hour until too solid to stir. Let mixture freeze until solid, about 3 more hours. Shave or scrape granita into smaller bowls to serve.
