Ingredients
  • Unsliced loaf of healthy whole grain bread of choiceapproximately 9 x 5 inch
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise or garlic aioli15 mL, optional
  • 2 Tbsp grainy mustard or pesto30 mL, optional
  • 5oz prosciuttothinly sliced, 150 g
  • 7oz chicken breastthinly sliced, 200 g
  • 2cups arugula500 mL
  • 5oz burrata cheese150 g
  • Salt and pepperto taste (optional)
Instructions
  1. Slice bread loaf in half horizontally, as if making a large sandwich. Spread mayonnaise and mustard or pesto, if using, on one side. Layer meats, burrata cheese, and arugula to build sandwich.
  2. Cut into 6 equal portions and serve.
