Instructions
In large bowl, toss together herbs, vegetables, pea shoots, kale, and snap peas.
In small bowl or jar, add oil, vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, and chives; mix or shake to combine for vinaigrette. Pour over salad mixture, toss to combine, and enjoy.
