Bun cha, a Vietnamese rice noodle dish, is fragrant and comforting yet light. Instead of pork, lean chicken is used here for a cleaner flavor. The generous serving of cilantro is great news for your digestive tract: Cilantro has been used to treat indigestion, heartburn, nausea, and stomach pain. Meanwhile, delicious basil harbors volatile oils that have antibacterial powers, potentially making foods such as chicken even safer to eat!
