Ingredients
  • 1/2 large grapefruitpeeled
  • 1 1/2sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1/3teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2tablespoons cane sugar or agave
  • Small pinch Himalayan pink sea salt
  • 5cups water
  • SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
  • Blender
  • Nut-milk bag or fine strainer
Instructions
  1. Place grapefruit, rosemary, vanilla, sweetener, salt and water in a blender and liquefy.
  2. Pour mixture through strainer.
  3. Skim foam off the top as you would with homemade broth.
  4. Chill or serve immediately over ice.
Recipe Notes

Spice things up by coating the rim of your glass with a 50/50 mixture of salt and sugar.
