Ingredients
  • 2/3cup unsweetened nut or oat milk
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder of choice
  • 1tsp maple syrup or honeyoptional
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted peanuts
Instructions
  1. Blend together milk, protein powder, maple syrup or honey, and cinnamon.
  2. In small wide-mouth jar or cereal bowl, stir together oats, chia seeds, milk mixture, and a pinch of salt. Top with strawberries and peanuts; cover and chill overnight.
