Fudgy Chocolate Milkshake
Ingredients
  • 1cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 1/4cup water
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 pitted dried plums (prunes)
  • 1scoop protein powder of choice, vegetarian, gluten free, and/or dairy free if desired
  • 1Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1Tbsp Almond butter
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8tsp cardamom
  • 1cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 small frozen banana, chopped
  • 1tsp cacao nibs (optional)
Instructions
  1. Into high-speed blender container, place all ingredients, except cacao nibs, in order listed. Blend until smooth. If mixture is too thick, blend in more milk or water. Serve garnished with cacao nibs (if using).
