Ingredients

extra-virgin olive oil

clove
garlic, peeled and sliced

frozen baby peas

tablespoons
chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a small sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until light brown. Remove garlic from pan and discard.
Add peas, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook 5 minutes until heated through. (To reheat, warm on high in microwave for 1 minute.)
