Citrusy Green Tea Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  • 2tsp matcha powder
  • 1/4cup boiling water
  • 2 ripe bananasfrozen
  • 2 tangerines or small orangesfrozen
  • 1cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
  • Toppings (such as fresh berriestangerines, papaya slices, kiwi)
Instructions
  1. In small bowl, add matcha powder to hot boiling water. Whisk until completely smooth. Set aside to cool.
  2. In blender, combine matcha shot, frozen bananas, tangerines or oranges, spinach, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and protein powder. Blend until thick and creamy.
  3. Pour smoothie into bowl and add desired toppings. Serve immediately.
