Ingredients
  • 2 apples, sliced thinly with a knife or by using a mandolinDon’t core the apples.
  • 1teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put apple slices in a bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and toss until evenly coated.
  2. Spread apple slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for minimum of 45 minutes and up to 2 hours. Bake according to taste; the longer the apples bake, the crispier they will be. If you prefer them very crisp, turn them over after an hour and watch carefully to prevent burning.
